Let us know the number of nights; whether you will need smoking or non-smoking rooms, will you have VIPS.
Let us know the dates you require for your conference, meeting, training seminar or hotel stay. Please bear in mind that accommodation, particularly High peak season December to February, is always very busy everywhere, which means that the hotels will usually ask higher rates, but we will try our hardest to negotiate rates where possible for you.
Busy conference months are March, April, May, June, September and October.
Number of delegates – this makes a big difference as it will tell us what size conference/hotel room you need. Your best guess numbers will help us avoid cancellation charges. It also helps you plan how many handouts and spare copies etc you need to take with you.

How do you find the right hotel?
To gain the best rates for you we use the information you provide and scan the market worldwide using our partner network. To achieve best results we negotiate rates direct wherever we can and offer you the lowest rates available, including any special and promotional rates.
Are your rates increased to consider the commission you are paid?
No! You are charged the same rate as if you had booked it yourself – sometimes even lower because as an agent, we are often able to obtain lower rates based on volume we produce.
Can you guarantee a cheaper rate than we would get direct?
We can usually obtain lower rates based on the high volume of bookings we place and our many years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Are you part of a hotel group?
No, we are completely independent and our proposals to you will always be impartial.
